New Vaad Elections

The two year term of the current Va'ad is ending in the next few weeks. We are looking for volunteers to serve the community in this fashion. Serving the kehila in this manner is rewarding, important, and necessary for the proper functioning of the shul. Please consider volunteering for this important job. Shamos

Please be aware that BMTL does *not* have a shamos (geniza) drop off point. There are bins located around the city. Thank you for your cooperation

Assistance

We are experiencing very trying times and we would like to be able to offer whatever assistance we can to families in our kehilla. If you need any sort of assistance or know of someone in our kehilla who might need help, please reach out to Rav Chagai (052-957-3463), Stu Schrader (052-347-8485),  or Yaron or Miriam Marcus (052-795-5535) or Elyssa Aftel (0542287120) . All inquiries will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.

In order to make it easy for everyone to forward payments and donations to the shul, we have established an on line platform for payments. Please use  and make your donations/payments there. this link

Ritual Needs

If someone, man or woman, would like to coordinate a ritual need, e.g. Yahrtzeit, Kaddish, Gomel, Kel Maleh, etc., with the shul, please contact the Gabbai, Hillel Scheinfeld at hjschein@gmail.com

Bikur Cholim committee

Please contact Mike Greenwald (058-789-2000) or Judy Kreditor (054-460-7074) if you know of any member who is sick or hospitalized.

Please also contact them regarding any way that you can offer your assistance be it – visiting, shopping, car-rides etc.

If you would like to put the name of a choleh/cholah on the list please add it to the google doc. Only names on this list will be said in shul. We kindly ask that people not approach the Bima to add names during shul.
